I am in the team of the "Personnel and Salaries" cluster, whose services are aimed at optimizing the processes of personnel records management, for example: changing the work schedule of an employee, registering a parental leave or decree, sick leave or other absence. At the same time, I support the service (MVP) for gamification, where my tasks include: developing badges and the corresponding guideline; as well as prototyping layouts for their further research and visualization of the service, both for the web and ios.
